1. Purpose of the Legal Notice
This Legal Notice sets out the mandatory publisher information and related disclosures in respect of the legaflow.io website, all associated subdomains operated by OMAZEO SP. Z O.O., the LegaFlow software-as-a-service platform, and all communications issued in the name of LegaFlow. It is published in accordance with: (i) Article 5 of Directive 2000/31/EC (the E-Commerce Directive) as transposed into the laws of the Member States of the European Economic Area; (ii) Articles 11 and 12 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (the Digital Services Act, "DSA"); (iii) the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on the Provision of Services by Electronic Means; and (iv) any equivalent or additional disclosure obligations applicable by virtue of the jurisdictions in which the platform is used.
This Legal Notice is drafted in English, which is the authoritative language of this document. Where the Company publishes translations, the English version prevails in the event of discrepancy.
2. Nature of LegaFlow
2.1. Publisher and Platform
LegaFlow is a proprietary technology solution operated as software-as-a-service (SaaS) by OMAZEO SP. Z O.O. The platform consists of a closed-ecosystem compliance-management suite designed exclusively for business users, namely talent-management agencies that engage adult content creators active on third-party monetization platforms (including but not limited to OnlyFans, Fansly, MYM, Patreon, and Fanvue). The platform automates the deployment of compliance questionnaires, computes algorithmic risk indicators, produces compliance reports, maintains tamper-evident audit trails, and administers a discretionary Legal Defense Assistance Program, in each case as more fully described in the Terms of Service.
2.2. Business-to-Business Service
LegaFlow is a business-to-business (B2B) service. The subscribers and contractual counterparties of the Company are Agencies acting in the course of their professional activity. Content Creators managed by those Agencies may interact with the platform through accounts provisioned by or on behalf of the Agencies, but Content Creators are not customers of the Company and do not pay the Company. The platform is not directed at consumers within the meaning of EU consumer-protection law or any equivalent national legislation. Any occasional access by a natural person acting outside of a professional capacity does not alter the business-to-business nature of the contractual relationship between the Company and the Agency.
2.3. Non-Regulated Activity
The Company and the platform do not constitute, and must not be construed as, in any jurisdiction worldwide: (a) a law firm, an attorney, a legal advisor, a solicitor, a barrister, or any other regulated legal profession; (b) an insurance undertaking, a reinsurance undertaking, a mutual institution, a protection and indemnity club, or any risk-pooling mechanism within the meaning of Directive 2009/138/EC (Solvency II), the Polish Insurance and Reinsurance Activity Act of 11 September 2015, any United States state insurance code, the UK Financial Services and Markets Act 2000, the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 48 of 2023, or any equivalent law; (c) an insurance intermediary within the meaning of Directive (EU) 2016/97 (IDD); (d) a payment institution, an electronic-money institution, a credit institution, an investment firm, or a crypto-asset service provider; (e) a credit-rating agency within the meaning of Regulation (EC) No 1060/2009; (f) an accredited certification body; or (g) a tax advisor, accountant, or auditor. The Company does not provide legal advice, does not render legal opinions, does not represent any user before any court or authority, does not underwrite risk, does not issue binding compliance certifications, and does not substitute for the services of licensed professionals.

Each Agency is independently responsible for obtaining qualified legal counsel for its specific situation.
